UDL Lesson Planning

 1. Reflecting on my own areas of confidence and areas for improvement is something I find valuable. In terms of confidence, I feel pretty solid in my knowledge of modifications and accommodations for students, as well as the importance of linking assessment to learning objectives. These are areas I've had a little experience with. However, I believe there's always room for improvement. One area I'd like to work on is ensuring clear expectations and goals for my students. Sometimes I feel like I could be more explicit in communicating what I expect from them and what they should aim for. Additionally, I want to enhance my ability to monitor and adjust my teaching in real-time. It's important to be responsive to student needs and make necessary adjustments to support their learning effectively.
