 1. Reflecting on my own areas of confidence and areas for improvement is something I find valuable. In terms of confidence, I feel pretty solid in my knowledge of modifications and accommodations for students, as well as the importance of linking assessment to learning objectives. These are areas I've had a little experience with. However, I believe there's always room for improvement. One area I'd like to work on is ensuring clear expectations and goals for my students. Sometimes I feel like I could be more explicit in communicating what I expect from them and what they should aim for. Additionally, I want to enhance my ability to monitor and adjust my teaching in real-time. It's important to be responsive to student needs and make necessary adjustments to support their learning effectively. Overall, reflecting on both my strengths and areas for growth helps me continuously improve as a teacher.
